Translation Assistance Service
A Translation Assistance Service is available to clients who may need personal assistance with translating their electronic documents using a Kataku product.
This service provides customers with Indonesian <> English translations of electronic documents on a per overall job basis. Customers simply send us their documents for conversion. ToggleText staff use our automated translation technology, Kataku, to translate these, then return the resulting files to the customer.
Please note: this is not a translation service by human translators.
Who should use Translation Assistance Service?
The Translation Assistance Service is recommended for customers that don't have the resources or ongoing need to use the Kataku range of products to perform translations by themselves. This is usually the case where a client may have a once-off large document for translation.

Using the Translation Assistance Service
The service operates during standard working hours, 9am - 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (GMT +10), Monday through Friday.
